McCloskey R155 Screener

Chepstow Plant International has added a McCloskey R155 high-energy screener to its fleet, enhancing in-house processing capabilities and providing greater programme certainty for clients.

Designed to perform in challenging conditions (including overburden, blasted rock, and sticky construction arisings) the R155’s dual-power option also enables lower fuel consumption and reduced on-site emissions when grid or hybrid power is available.
This investment strengthens CPI’s relationship with AGGPRO (now part of SMT GB), complementing our established Volvo fleet support to maximise uptime and responsiveness on live contracts. More importantly, it enables us to offer complete aggregate and mineral solutions for our customers.

The addition of the R155 aligns with CPI’s broader innovation pathway, which includes inclinometers and tip-refusal on ADTs, the UK-first autonomous ADT showcase, ground-level refuelling, and alternative-energy trials. Each initiative is designed to reduce risk, improve productivity, and create meaningful development opportunities for our people.

For clients, this means a more vertically integrated service with screening capacity that can be deployed alongside load and haul operations, optimised to material characteristics and production targets. For prospective recruits, it signals CPI’s commitment to growth, modern equipment, and strong dealer support, giving teams reliable tools they can trust.

If your next project requires mobile processing that performs in real-world conditions, we’d welcome the conversation.
